Featuring a patented countdown clock, it facilitates connection to emergency services and provides rapid access to vital personal information. Its intuitive interface enables users to report suspicious activities effortlessly and to generate GPS-based alerts.

The app's comprehensive database consolidates crucial data essential during emergencies. By accessing the AAA-Response Centre through the app, emergency response personnel can retrieve any necessary information swiftly, enhancing operational efficiency and response effectiveness.

The ERPC (Emergency Response & Prevention Centre) operates within a broader collaborative framework managed by Together SA CAN (NPO). This network links specialized dispatch centers and service providers, creating a cohesive resource for rapid assistance. The platform is supported by numerous stakeholders spanning safety and security sectors, ensuring wide-ranging coordination and resource sharing.

TrackBox Technologies specializes in the development of tailored technological tools designed to coordinate safety operations. With over 17 years of experience addressing critical incidents, the company emphasizes its commitment to saving lives and supporting multiple agencies across government and private sectors through integrated technological solutions.

By downloading the AAA-Response App and upgrading to a premium membership, users gain access to a network of over 100 service providers, including comprehensive emergency services nationwide and more than 250 collaborators ready to assist "Anything! <li>Call Me: An emergency feature that enables activation even without data or airtime, sending a request to your designated ERPC for assistance.</li>
<li>TrackMe: Provides real-time breadcrumb tracking of your movements, helping monitor your safety and ensure you reach your destination securely.</li>
<li>Incident Reporting: Allows users to report various incidents including suspicious activities, animal cruelty, poaching, accidents, or crimes. Submissions generate automatic case creation for ERPC follow-up, dispatch of relevant responders, and area notifications via the incident map.</li>
<li>Family Safety: Uploads physical characteristics and photographs of family members, enabling mass activation of search efforts in case of missing persons.</li>
<li>Vehicle Check Centre: Facilitates vehicle identification by scanning license disks; supports accident response, registration verification, or reporting suspicious vehicle activities when it is safe to do so. This service is exclusive to premium members.</li>

The AAA-Response App is an official partner of AfriForum 911 and holds several patents related to incident management and security systems, including IMICS (Patent 2018/05235) and MDDR (Patent 2018/05234). It is also recognized by regulatory authorities such as PSIRA (Private Security Regulatory Authority) and operates within the structures of SA Community Action Network NPC and the Department of Social Development through Together SA CAN (NPO).
